Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Mortgage Processor will manage loan pipelines, ensuring timely and efficient processing while maintaining communication with borrowers and third parties throughout the loan manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Establish communication with borrowers and third parties to facilitate loan processing
• Perform due diligence on loan conditions and process all files according to established service level agreements
• Audit files for compliance with applicable regulations and prepare loan files for final review

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; bachelor's degree is preferred
• 2 - 4 years of mortgage industry processing experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
