Job Summary

Responsible for processing conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, the full-time Mortgage Processor will manage data entry, maintain communication with stakeholders, and ensure timely document delivery for closing.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data for new loans into the Loan Origination System and monitor incoming documents for verification
• Register loans, obtain necessary I.D. numbers, and order required documentation such as credit reports and appraisals
• Prepare loans for closing by collecting required information and notifying the Closing Department in advance

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in using Loan Origination Systems
• Ability to meet internet bandwidth requirements if working remotely
• Completion of all company mandatory trainings within specified timelines
