Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fully remote capacity, the Mortgage Processor will manage loan pipelines, ensure timely documentation processing, and support diverse borrower needs across various loan products.

Key responsibilities

• Serve in a client-facing role, consistently meeting critical deadlines
• Manage loan pipelines with proactive communication on loan status and next steps
• Accurately collect, review, and verify loan application documentation for processing

Required qualifications

• Solid experience with Conventional, FHA, VA, and Bond mortgage products
• Strong understanding of automated underwriting systems (AUS) and product guidelines
• Proficiency with Encompass (or comparable systems) and Microsoft Office tools
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus
