Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

Processing conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, the full-time Mortgage Processor will manage loan data entry, maintain communication with stakeholders, and prepare loans for closing while adhering to company and investor guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data on new loans into the Loan Origination System (LOS) for initial submission
• Communicate with borrowers, loan originators, and other parties throughout the loan process
• Prepare loans for closing by collecting required documentation and notifying the Closing Department

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work remotely with a minimum internet speed of 20 mbps download and 3 mbps upload
