Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

Managing a minimum pipeline of 25 loans monthly, the full-time Mortgage Processor will review, prepare, and verify loan documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review new loan files for accuracy and completeness within 48 business hours
• Act as a liaison between loan originators, borrowers, and underwriters to resolve loan-related issues
• Collect, submit, and clear all underwriting and funding conditions while maintaining customer service standards

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Minimum one year of mortgage processing experience required
• Strong knowledge of loan products, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and experience using Encompass or similar loan origination software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
