Mortgage Processor

Job Summary

Processing conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, the full-time Mortgage Processor will manage data entry, maintain communication with stakeholders, and prepare loan documentation for closing in accordance with company and investor guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Enter data for new loans into the Loan Origination System (LOS) and monitor incoming documents for verification
• Register loans, order credit reports, and obtain necessary appraisal documentation as required
• Prepare loans for closing by collecting required information and notifying the Closing Department at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in loan processing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum internet speeds of 20 mbps download and 3 mbps upload required for remote work
