Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Mortgage Processor will verify and compile loan application information, ensure compliance with company standards, and facilitate communication between borrowers and loan originators.
Key responsibilities
- Verifies and updates mortgage loan application information to meet establishment standards
- Submits mortgage loan files for underwriting approval and communicates with borrowers regarding documentation needs
- Maintains records on the status of branch loans and oversees junior loan processors as applicable
Required qualifications
- Two or more years of loan processing experience or completion of Xinnix Training with a processing mentor
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to make sound judgments in customer service situations
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
