A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor II.

Key Responsibilities

• Process conventional and government loan requests while ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the loan application process
• Monitor and update documentation to meet underwriting conditions and resolve issues promptly

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with at least one year of mortgage industry experience or equivalent work experience
• Three years of equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree, including one year in the mortgage industry
• Six months of specific mortgage processing experience plus additional customer service or operations experience
• Proficient in PC skills including spreadsheet and word processing software
• Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements preferred
