Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in new loan applications
• Obtain necessary documentation and information for loan processing from various internal and external sources
• Monitor and analyze credit reports, appraisals, and income documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
• Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Good PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Email Platform, and Adobe
• Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
• Versatility and flexibility in a fast-paced mortgage environment
