Mortgage Processor III

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Mortgage Processor III will manage communication between customers and the mortgage department, assess loan applications, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in new loan applications to ensure a seamless experience
• Obtain necessary documentation and information from internal and external sources to complete loan applications
• Monitor and analyze credit reports and documentation to ensure adherence to product and investor guidelines

Required qualifications

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
• Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in PC applications, including Excel and Word
