Job Summary

Experienced in mortgage processing, the full-time remote Mortgage Processor III will manage loan applications by communicating with customers and various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, and performing administrative duties to support the origination department.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain effective communication with all parties involved in the loan application process to ensure a seamless experience
• Obtain necessary documentation from internal departments and external organizations to complete loan applications
• Monitor and analyze credit reports and documentation to ensure adherence to product and regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
• Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Strong knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe
• Ability to function independently within time constraints
