Mortgage Processor/Underwriter

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Mortgage Processor/Underwriter will manage the review and processing of Knock Bridge Loans, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with clients and partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Calculate loan advance amounts and condition loan files based on applications and documentation
• Provide consistent updates on loan status and communicate effectively with external partners
• Manage a daily pipeline of loans while adhering to company turn times and regulatory guidelines

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes and lending systems
• Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting and collaborate with a distributed team
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
