Mortgage Processor Underwriter

Job Summary

Combining traditional processing and underwriting responsibilities, the full-time remote Mortgage Processor Underwriter will review Knock Bridge Loans for accuracy and compliance while providing high-level customer service and managing multiple loans simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate advance amounts for Knock Bridge Loans and condition loan files based on documentation
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding loan status and approvals
• Manage a daily pipeline of loans while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes and lending systems
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in a fully remote work setting
