Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end implementation of new products in mortgage servicing operations, the full-time Mortgage Product Coordinator will manage project execution, ensure stakeholder alignment, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the oversight for new product rollouts impacting mortgage servicing operations
• Develop comprehensive project plans in partnership with oversight teams, including timelines and deliverables
• Facilitate project meetings and deliver clear status reports to stakeholders and executive audiences

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of experience in mortgage servicing and 1-3 years leading projects
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading and motivating large, complex teams
