Mortgage Product Development Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Product Development Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact with private investors and agencies regarding new product and program rollouts
• Coordinate the creation and updates of Loan Origination System templates and internal standard operating procedures
• Maintain and build investor relationships through consistent review of guidelines and direct communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the mortgage banking industry
• Knowledge of the mortgage lending process, including Operations, Processing, Closing, or Post-Closing
• Working knowledge of Product Guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, VA, Non-Conforming, and affordable housing programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
