Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Think strategically and execute on delivering value for mortgage/finance industry products
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to shape the product vision and remove obstacles
• Take ownership of the product from conception to delivery, ensuring it meets business needs and delights users

Required Qualifications:

• 7 years' experience managing and delivering agile teams in the mortgage/finance industry
• 5 years of experience as a subject matter expert for loan-home projects
• Bachelor's or master's degree in statistics, computer science, or related field
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for data analysis
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
