Job Summary
A company is looking for a Production Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers, loan agents, and third parties
- Prepare loan files by reviewing applications and obtaining necessary documentation
- Enter loan application information accurately into the Encompass loan system
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of processing experience
- Experience with Encompass 360
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
- Understanding of federal and state guidelines and regulations
- HS diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in operations or related fields
