Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with customers, loan agents, and third parties
Prepare loan files by reviewing applications and obtaining necessary documentation
Enter loan application information accurately into the Encompass loan system

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of processing experience
Experience with Encompass 360
Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and other loan programs
Understanding of federal and state guidelines and regulations
HS diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in operations or related fields
