Mortgage Production Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Assistant to support Loan Officers in the mortgage operations sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Request disclosures and open escrow, collect fees, and order preliminary title reports
• Order appraisals and collect and review client documentation
• Submit loan documentation to processing and gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred
• Familiarity with mortgage terminology
• Experience with Point software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required
