Mortgage Production Assistant

Job Summary

Supporting the Loan Officer, the full-time Mortgage Production Assistant will ensure timely closing of loan files by communicating with operations staff and customers while performing essential tasks such as requesting disclosures and ordering appraisals.

Key responsibilities

• Request disclosures and open escrow, collect fees, and order preliminary title reports
• Collect and review client documentation, and submit loan documentation to processing
• Gather Loan Agent PTD and PTF conditions and submit requests for Rapid Rescores

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred
• Familiarity with mortgage terminology
• Experience with Point software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
