Mortgage Production Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Manager responsible for overseeing loan file processing and supporting branch team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage pipeline and closing dates in collaboration with branch teams
• Assist branch operations with prioritization, workflow structure, and compliance needs
• Provide training and support to new processors and maintain reporting on production and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 to 5 years of loan processing experience
• Prior management or project management experience preferred
• Knowledge of mortgage lending functions and applicable regulations required
• Experience with Encompass loan origination software preferred
