Mortgage Production Manager

Job Summary

Managing the loan process from start to finish, the full-time remote Mortgage Production Manager will serve as a liaison between internal and external clients, ensuring borrowers understand loan programs and assisting with documentation and approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service by assisting borrowers with understanding loan programs, costs, and documentation
• Review and audit mortgage files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete for loan stability
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best financial program is structured for each borrower

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Familiarity with Encompass LOS preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Excellent math and analytical skills
