Mortgage Production Manager
Job Summary
Managing the loan process from start to finish, the full-time remote Mortgage Production Manager will serve as a liaison between internal and external clients, ensuring borrowers understand loan programs and providing superior customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in understanding loan programs, costs, and related documentation
- Review and audit mortgage files for income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability
- Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best financial program for borrowers
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Excellent math and analytical skills
