Job Summary
To support a growing mortgage team, the full-time remote Mortgage Production Manager will oversee the loan process from start to finish, ensuring superior customer service and compliance with mortgage regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service by assisting borrowers in understanding loan programs and documentation
- Review and audit mortgage files for income, assets, and credit documentation to ensure loan stability
- Manage a pipeline of various loan products, ensuring the best program structure based on borrower circumstances
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Excellent math and analytics skills
