Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Purchase Coordinator Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and coach Purchase Coordinators to assist prospects in the pre-approval process
• Document and track team progress, implementing coaching strategies and managing performance
• Prepare and analyze daily reporting metrics and monitor calls for quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of outbound call center experience, with consideration for internal candidates
• At least 1 year of mortgage experience and 1 year of recent sales experience
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics, as well as troubleshooting technical issues
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
