Mortgage QA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage QA Specialist (Remote - WA, CA, ID, OR).

Key Responsibilities

• Examine, audit, and verify pre- and post-close loan files for Quality Assurance and compliance requirements
• Identify, report, and monitor exceptions while collaborating with Mortgage Production and Operations to resolve issues
• Review cancelled and denied loan files to ensure accurate submissions and HMDA compliance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 2 or more years of related mortgage or Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience (Required)
• 2 or more years of experience in Mortgage Production or Operations, or in banking, financial services, or insurance (Preferred)
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
