Mortgage QC Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor, QC - Mortgage Risk Advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform post-closing reverifications of employment, income, assets, and rent/mortgage history
• Execute QC reverification activities in compliance with agency standards and guidelines
• Validate accuracy of borrower information and maintain detailed documentation of verification attempts

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage industry experience, preferably in Quality Control or processing
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and income calculation
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae and other agency guidelines for post-closing QC requirements
• Experience with QC platforms such as ACES is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
