Mortgage QC Processor

Job Summary

Performing post-closing quality control reverifications, the full-time Mortgage QC Processor will ensure the accuracy and compliance of loan files by independently validating key borrower and loan data while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct post-closing reverifications including employment, income, assets, and rent/mortgage history
• Execute QC reverification activities in compliance with agency standards and initiate third-party verification requests
• Validate borrower information accuracy and identify discrepancies, maintaining detailed documentation of verification attempts

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage industry experience, preferably in Quality Control, processing, underwriting, or post-closing
• Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and income calculation
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae and agency guidelines for post-closing QC requirements
• Experience with QC platforms such as ACES is preferred
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
