Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Quality Assurance Specialist for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including monitoring, evaluation, and calibration scoring
• Track and identify reoccurring adherence problems and improvement opportunities
• Analyze quality and performance trends to provide recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• High School GED/Diploma; 1 Year applied relevant mortgage experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Ability to learn new programs quickly with little assistance
• Preferred experience in Mortgage Underwriting and Compliance
