Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Quality Assurance Specialist for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including monitoring, evaluation, and calibration scoring
Track and identify reoccurring adherence problems and improvement opportunities
Analyze quality and performance trends to provide recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications:

High School GED/Diploma; 1 Year applied relevant mortgage experience
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Ability to learn new programs quickly with little assistance
Preferred experience in Mortgage Underwriting and Compliance
