Mortgage Quality Control Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Quality Control Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and re-underwrite loan files for compliance with underwriting and Agency/Investor guidelines
• Identify deficiencies in loan files and communicate with Branch personnel for remediation
• Conduct thorough appraisal reviews and ensure adherence to applicable guidelines and policies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Mortgage Quality Control experience
• Knowledge of Internal Audit procedures, Regulations, and Underwriting
• Ability to review and calculate income according to loan program requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
