Key responsibilities
- Audit assigned mortgage files for compliance with HMDA/HOPEA regulations, TRID guidelines, and other product-specific requirements
- Make corrections and follow up on errors found during post-closing audits, ensuring timely clearance of exceptions
- Reconcile closing conditions and disclosures, amending documents as necessary to meet minimum standards
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage post-closing, closing, or investor sales
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities
