Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Quality Control Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

Perform pre-funding audits to ensure adherence to bank guidelines and procedures
Conduct post-close quality control audits of all closed loan documentation for compliance
Assist in compiling trending data for audit reports for senior management

Required Qualifications

5+ years of recent mortgage underwriting experience
Working knowledge of the mortgage lending process, including underwriting, processing, and compliance
Familiarity with FNMA/FHLMC underwriting standards and Seller/Servicer guidelines is desired
Experience with FHA/VA and Non-QM is preferred
