Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Quality Control Auditor.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all loans comply with agency-conforming guidelines and internal policies
• Review and validate financial documentation and analyze borrower information for loan eligibility
• Collaborate with operations team to maintain quality standards throughout Pre-Funding and Post-Close processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mortgage underwriting and quality control
• Proficiency with Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Prospector/Loan Product Advisor (LP/LPA)
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end mortgage lending process
• Ability to perform complex loan calculations (DTI, LTV, etc.)
• Leadership experience is a plus
