Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Mortgage Recruiter to lead high-volume recruiting efforts for mortgage sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume Loan Officer positions and other mortgage-related roles
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and sourcing tools to identify and engage top talent
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and networking

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience recruiting for mortgage and high-volume sales roles
• Background in mortgage lending; prior Loan Officer experience is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with ATS and CRM systems (Workday and Phenom experience a plus)
• Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
