Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
• Experience with full cycle recruiting for Mortgage Loan Officers is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to use various Talent Acquisition tools effectively
• Certifications may be desired but are not required
