Mortgage Sales Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NON QM Mortgage Sales Assistant to support Wholesale Account Executives in enhancing customer service and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Wholesale Account Executives with managing and nurturing leads
• Serve as the first point of contact for Brokers, answering questions and assisting with loan structure
• Prepare and organize loan files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Mortgage Sales or Processing
• Extensive experience with Non-QM required
• Experience with Meridian Link Mortgage (LendingQB) strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the mortgage loan process (conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM)
• High school diploma required
