Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Associate, Mortgage for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound mortgage leads, addressing initial inquiries and providing support
• Manage a high volume of inbound applications, assisting brokers in prioritizing and triaging client needs
• Ensure data integrity by reviewing applications for completeness and preparing files for brokers

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a sales development, customer support, or high-volume administrative role
• Interest in the Canadian mortgage or real estate market is a strong plus
• Experience with AI tooling or a strong desire to learn
• Strong organizational skills to manage numerous leads effectively
• Proactive and action-oriented approach to tasks and client follow-ups
