Mortgage Sales Associate

Job Summary

Delivering an exceptional borrower experience, the full-time remote Mortgage Sales Associate will support the mortgage loan process from initial prequalification through closing, managing a pipeline of loans and serving as a key point of contact for borrowers and business partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with borrower prequalification and collection of initial loan documentation
• Calculate and analyze borrower income to determine loan eligibility and ensure compliance with regulations
• Monitor and manage the loan pipeline by tracking outstanding conditions and documentation to support timely processing and closing

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma, General Equivalency Diploma (GED), or equivalent
• 3+ years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Knowledge of mortgage industry systems and software, including Desktop Underwriter (DU) and Loan Product Advisor (LPA)
• Willingness to pursue mortgage industry licensing as career responsibilities evolve
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
