A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Call Center Transfer Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of calls with potential homeowners and pre-screen borrowers
- Transfer qualified warm leads to licensed Loan Officers and set appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
Required Qualifications
- Inside or field sales experience required
- Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
- Telesales experience preferred
- Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus
- Must be high-energy, self-motivated, and organized
