Mortgage Sales Corporate Trainer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Corporate Trainer - Mortgage Sales, this full-time remote position will develop and deliver training programs for new Loan Officers and support staff, enhance sales performance, and ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills in a fast-paced mortgage environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate engaging onboarding training programs for newly hired Loan Officers and support staff
- Deliver ongoing training on sales, systems, products, and processes to reinforce best practices
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions to identify strengths and development opportunities
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage sales, operations, training, or coaching
- Strong understanding of residential mortgage lending and sales processes
- Previous experience facilitating virtual instructor-led training preferred
- Proven ability to coach and mentor individuals with varying levels of experience
- Working knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance standards
