Key Responsibilities

Conduct statistical and qualitative analysis to identify effective sales leads and methods
Develop and present data visualizations and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Create and manage reporting to track sales funnel performance and pilot projects

Required Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in mortgage sales and originations
3-5 years' experience in an analytics role such as decision science or data science
BS in a quantitative discipline or equivalent professional experience
Understanding of structured data and data warehouse concepts
Statistical analysis and modeling experience
