Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Sales Manager in the mortgage industry
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending programs and proficiency in Encompass
• At least 1 year of experience in training and development
• Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage software
• In-depth understanding of relevant rules and regulations in lending
