Mortgage Sales Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the loan process from start to finish, the full-time remote Mortgage Sales Manager will provide exceptional customer service, assist borrowers in understanding loan programs, and manage a pipeline of various loan types.

Key responsibilities:

• Communicate with borrowers to explain loan programs, costs, and documentation
• Review and audit mortgage files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring loan stability
• Assist in managing a diverse pipeline of loans, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo products

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Strong analytical and math skills
