Mortgage Sales Manager
Job Summary
To support client needs remotely, the full-time Mortgage Sales Manager will oversee the loan process, ensuring borrowers understand their financial options while managing a diverse pipeline of mortgage products.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service by assisting clients in understanding loan programs and documentation
- Review and audit mortgage files to ensure loan stability and compliance with regulations
- Communicate loan program details and costs with borrowers, pre-underwriting documentation to support approvals
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
- Familiarity with Encompass LOS is preferred
- Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
- Experience with DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows
