Job Summary
Managing a team of 8-12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers, the full-time Mortgage Assistant Sales Manager/Team Lead will provide training, oversee lead conversions, and ensure timely loan closings while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct daily/weekly trainings and call reviews for team members
- Screen, interview, and hire new team members to support growth
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
Required qualifications:
- At least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
