Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-performing Loan Officers, Branch Managers, and Sales Leaders
• Qualify candidates based on licensing, production, and client requirements
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and candidates throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage recruiting experience (sales recruiting required)
• Former mortgage sales leaders with team-building experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of origination, branch structures, and compensation models
• Self-motivated and resourceful
• Confident working remotely
