Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executives and hiring managers to recruit top talent for Loan Officers and Branch Managers
• Develop action plans for growth in target markets and meet hiring goals
• Maintain candidate relationships and provide weekly updates to leadership on recruitment progress

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a mortgage sales recruiter
• Previous experience in a loan originator or mortgage production environment is preferred
• Experience in recruiting for retail mortgage loan originators or sales call centers
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM for reporting
• Ability to cultivate and maintain ongoing contact with a referral base
