Job Summary

To support the recruitment of top talent, the full-time remote Mortgage Sales Recruiter will manage strategic recruitment plans and selection strategies for Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, and Branch Managers across designated market regions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Partner with executive and regional leadership to qualify, interview, and hire candidates in the mortgage sales sector
  • Develop action plans for growth in target markets, utilizing metrics from initial contact to successful hire
  • Source passive candidates through networking, Boolean searches, and maintain candidate relationships for current and future hiring needs
Required qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a mortgage sales recruiter
  • Previous experience in a loan originator, branch, or mortgage production environment is preferred
  • Experience supporting recruiting for retail mortgage loan originators or in a sales call center environment
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM for accurate reporting
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain ongoing contact with a referral base
