Mortgage Sales Recruiter

Job Summary

Responsible for recruitment and strategic development, the full-time remote Mortgage Sales Recruiter will partner with executive leadership to identify, interview, and hire top talent for Loan Officer and Branch Manager positions while implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with executive-level personnel to qualify and hire candidates in targeted market regions
• Develop action plans for growth, utilizing metrics from initial contact to successful hire
• Maintain candidate relationships and provide weekly updates to leadership on recruiting progress

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a mortgage sales recruiter
• Previous experience in a loan originator or mortgage production environment is preferred
• Experience in recruiting for retail mortgage loan originators or sales call centers
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM for accurate reporting
• Ability to cultivate and maintain ongoing contact with a referral base
