Mortgage Sales Recruiter
Job Summary
Supporting the Bloomington, MN office remotely, the full-time Divisional Business Development Manager (Mortgage Sales Recruiter) will focus on recruitment and strategic development of effective hiring plans for Loan Officers, Mortgage Bankers, and Branch Managers across CrossCountry Mortgage.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership to qualify, interview, and hire top candidates in targeted market regions
- Develop action plans for growth in target markets, utilizing metrics from initial contact to successful hire
- Communicate weekly with management to review recruiting progress and provide candidate pipeline updates
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years' experience as a mortgage sales recruiter
- Previous experience in a loan originator or mortgage production environment is preferred
- Experience supporting recruitment for retail mortgage loan originators or sales call centers
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM for accurate reporting
- Strong ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with referral partners
