Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Support Officer to assist in the operations and sales activities of residential mortgage lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble application data and submit complete packages for processing
• Act as a liaison between Loan Officers, clients, and operations partners to ensure a seamless process
• Maintain weekly pipeline calls and manage loan origination documentation and tracking

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 1-3 years of banking experience with a focus on mortgage sales and operations
• Working knowledge of relevant mortgage regulations and laws
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
